Ha-py

When Ashlynn gets tired she either becomes grumpy and wants to be held or she acts like someone gave her a "happy pill." Saturday night was a great example of baby gone happy. She was rolling around on the floor, jumping on pillows, climbing into our laps, and laughing and smiling and kept saying one of the few words she knows, Ha-py. Ha-py, Ha-py, Ha-py, all night. It was great entertainment for the evening. It's great to see her like this because she can be so serious sometimes.

These are a few photos from the pirate ship park that I thought were really cute. Daddy takes her there nearly every week while I'm at school but this time I got to tag along.

She can rock it back and forth by herself now. Yay!

She is much more interested in observing everyone else before joining in.

Saturday

Saturday was a crazy day for Ashlynn and myself. It was hot out so the neighbor's boy, Joshua, and Ashlynn played with bubbles and chalk for a while. Later we went for lunch at the Otay Ranch Mall and let the kids explore. Ashlynn ended up in a diaper playing in the fountains of water in the food court. She had a great time, Joshua wasn't too into it.

We ended the day with Ashlynn's friends birthday party. Braxton turned one, Yay! The food was great and the kids all seemed to have a good time. I would say that everyone, especially Braxton enjoyed their slice of cake:)
